Gavin Jones Ltd is delighted to announce the appointment of Will Clark to the position of Managing Director.

Will joined the company in July 2002 as General Manager responsible for the management and development of the Grounds maintenance sector of the business. In January 2005 the Board appointed him Director of Grounds Maintenance. Will’s previous career experience covers positions of Contract Manager, Area Manager and Business Development Manager for a variety of businesses within the horticulture industry.

Will Clark will take overall responsibility for the performance of the Company in delivering its budgets, whilst still retaining primary responsibility for the Grounds Maintenance Division. This promotion recognizes his ability and tremendous contribution in many areas over the 6 years that he has worked for Gavin Jones Ltd.

Will takes over this role from Martyn Mogford, who has been Managing Director of Gavin Jones since 1988 when he set up and financed the purchase of the company. Martyn will be taking up the appointment as Chairman of the group.

Martyn comments, “This has enabled me to achieve my long-term aspiration of releasing the day-to-day management and direction of the Company to our very capable Senior Management team. My role as Chairman will allow me to concentrate on the continuing evolution of the Gavin Jones brand for the future benefit of the company”.
